摘要
目的为一例腹股沟、阴茎、阴囊Paget病的病案进行ICD-10的编码。方法根据国际疾病分类原则,对皮肤Paget病的临床诊断、病理、鉴别诊断、治疗和预后,对其组织学来源及其与肿瘤的关系进行了探讨性地学习。结果对乳房外Paget’s病进行了准确的编码,C63.8M8542/3。结论为保证疾病编码的准确性,除了加强国际疾病分类的专业知识和技能外,更要具有高度的责任心,仔细阅读病案,向临床医师请教,向经验丰富的编码员请教,查找相关的医学书籍和文献。
Objective To make the coding of the ICD - 10 for one case of Paget＇s disease that involved groin, penis and scrotum. Method According to the international principle of disease classification of diseases, we discussed the diagnosis, pathology, differential diagnosis, therapy and prognosis of Paget＇s disease. Moreover, we study the relations between its histological origins and tumors. Result An accurate code to the Paget＇s disease extra mammary was coded： C63.8 M8542/3 Conclusion In order to guarantee the accuracy of the code of the disease, in addition to improve the professional knowledge and technical abilities of the international classification of diseases, we＇d better read the record carefully, ask for the clinical doctor, consult to the experienced coder and look up the related books and literatures on medical sciences with our sense of responsibilities.
