摘要
皮肤Paget病是一种少见的皮肤上皮性肿瘤 ,特征是皮损呈湿疹样变和病理出现Paget细胞 ,其组织学来源历来有争论。复习了皮肤Paget病的临床、病理、诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗和预后 ,对其组织学来源及其与肿瘤的关系进行了探讨。
