摘要
用余氏理论(固体与分子经验电子理论),分析了铝硅二元合金价电子结构,推断铝硅熔体中Si-Si原子之间的结合力最强,表明在馆位中存在Si原子的短程有序分布.同时根据熔体的微观不均匀性理论,建立了铝硅二元合金熔体的结构模型.
The valence electron structure of a binary Al-Si alloy has been analysed according to the Empirical Electron Theory of Solids and Molecules, and it has been further deduced that the Si-Si bond is the strongest in the Al-Si melt, and therefore, there exists the short range ordered distribution of silicon atoms. A structural model of the binary Al-Si alloy melt has been established based on the theory of melt microheterogeneity.
