摘要
通过研究相同过热度下 Al-Si合金熔体中的氢含量,发现氢含量曲线具有和液相线类似的变化规律.即随着 Si含量的增加,试样中的氢含量先减少,到共晶点时为最小.此后氢含量又逐渐增加.并且过热度越大,氢含量越高.合金液态结构X射线衍射结果表明,熔体中原子密度随着Si含量的变化趋势与氢含量曲线相反.用熔体“自由体积理论”解释了铝熔体氢含量的变化规律.
By studying the hydrogen content in the Al-Si alloy melts with the same superheating temperature, it is found that the curve of the hydrogen content is parallel to the liquidus of Al-Si alloy. Namely, with the increase of the Si content in the alloy, the hydrogen content decreases until the alloy reaches its eutectic point where the hydrogen content is minimum, and then the hydrogen content increases when the alloy is in the hypereutectic range. The higher the superheating temperature is, the more the hydrogen content is. The X-ray diffraction pattern of the Al-Si alloy proves that the curves of the atomic densities are contrary to that of the hydrogen content. The intrinsical relationships among the superheating temperature, atomic densities and hydrogen content are discussed according to the ' free volume theory '.
