摘要
通过3种基质,2种嫁接方法进行了番茄穴盘嫁接育苗试验。结果表明:3种基质的苗均达壮苗标准,使用斜切接法,不同基质成活率对比为:鲁青>珍珠岩+鲁青(1∶1)>珍珠岩;同一种基质,斜切接法成活率大于针接法;由于嫁接操作引发的病害发生率为零。
Using three culture material,with two grafting method , the experiment was done. It proved that all the material can afford the seedlings growing need. As top grafting is concerned, rate of successful graft of different culture material is： Luqing〉Zhenzhuyan＋Luqing（1 ： 1）〉Zhenzhuyan, using the same cultural material, the successful rate of top graft is much higher than that of needle method.
