摘要
以苦苣为研究对象,采用水培的方法探讨采前营养液成分的改变对苦苣品质的影响。结果表明:采前10d改变营养液成分影响苦苣的生长及其品质,甘氨酸处理的苦苣Vc含量最高;可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量以苹果酸钾处理最高;苦苣单株产量除清水处理之外,其它处理高于或相近于对照。
Using lettuce as material to research on the effect of changes in the former nutrient solution composition of quality on lettuce.The results showed that: 10 days before harvest change affects the nutrient composition of the lettuce of growth and quality.Treatment of Glycine was the highest content of Vc;soluble protein content,soluble sugar content to deal with Apple acid in the highest potassium;except the treatment of pure water,the yield was similar in other treatment.
