摘要
以苦苣为研究对象,采用水培的方法探讨采前营养液成分的改变对苦苣品质的影响。结果表明:采前10d改变营养液成分影响苦苣的生长及其品质,甘氨酸处理的苦苣Vc含量最高;可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量以苹果酸钾处理最高;苦苣单株产量除清水处理之外,其它处理高于或相近于对照。
Using lettuce as material to research on the effect of changes in the former nutrient solution composition of quality on lettuce.The results showed that： 10 days before harvest change affects the nutrient composition of the lettuce of growth and quality.Treatment of Glycine was the highest content of Vc;soluble protein content,soluble sugar content to deal with Apple acid in the highest potassium;except the treatment of pure water,the yield was similar in other treatment.
