摘要
以茄子幼苗为试材,研究碳酸氢钾(KHCO3)和亚硫酸氢钠(NaHSO3)对茄子幼苗生长发育的影响。结果表明:NaHSO3使叶绿素含量增加,同时降低叶绿素a和叶绿素b的比值,KHCO3也能提高叶绿素含量,其中复合效果最明显。KHCO3、NaHSO3及其复合喷施可增加叶面积,叶片可溶性糖含量,根、茎、叶的干重,说明KHCO3、NaHSO3及其复合喷施可促进光合作用,使光合产物增加。
Effect of KHCO3 and NaHSO3 on growth and development of eggplant seedlings was studied. The results showed that: NaHSO3 could increase chlorophyll content,lower the ratio of chlorophyll a to chlorophyll b. KHCO3 could increase chlorophyll content, their mixtures was the most obvious in improving chlorophyll content. NaHSO3 and KHCO3 and their mixtures could increase areas of leaves, soluble sugar content and dry weight of roots, sterns, leaves. KHCO3, NaHSO3 and their mixtures could improve photosynthesis, increase photosynthetic yield.
