摘要
从患病罗氏沼虾的肝、肠、鳃等组织中分离到3株菌株,应用API20E检测试剂条进行鉴定,为嗜水气单胞菌、类志贺邻单胞菌、普通变形杆菌。药敏试验结果表明,庆大霉素、丁胺卡那、卡那霉素、四环素、复合磺胺等5种药物对罗氏沼虾病原菌具有普遍的杀灭效果。
Three of pathogenic bacterium were isolated from liver, intestine and gill of diseased M. rosenbergii Using detection strip of API20E, these pathogenic bacterium were identified as Aeromonas hydrophila, Porphyrornortas asaccharolytica and Proteus vulgaris. The drug sensitivity tests showed that Gentamicin, Amikacin, Kanamycin and Compound sulfanilamide were effective in sterlizing these bacterium.
