INFLUENCE OF FABRICATION PROCESS AND ADDITIVES ON MULTIFUCNTION CHARACTERISTICS OF TiO_2 BASED CERAMICS

摘要 TiO2体系复合功能陶瓷是一种兼有压敏功能和介电性能的新型功能陶瓷材料,具有压敏电压低、非线性系数高、介电常数大等优点,在微小型电子设备与器件中有广泛的用途。本文从制备工艺、添加改性等方面分析了TiO2体系复合功能陶瓷的研究现状,并对其发展方向进行了展望。 TiO2 based multifunction ceramics are a kind of novel functional ceramics with dual functions of low-voltage varistor and gain-boundary layer capacitor. The low breakdown voltage, high non-linear coefficient and large dielectric constant make the material useful in miniaturized electronic devices as transient high-voltage protectors and surge arrestors. In this paper, the research on TiO2 based multifunction ceramics is reviewed mainly from the viewpoint of the influencing of fabrication process and additives on the multifunction characteristics. Moreover, the future development prospect of the material has been suggested.
