摘要
分析我国高等教育公平存在的主要问题,阐述了影响我国高等教育公平的主要因素,提出了改善和促进我国高等教育公平,要大力推进经济建设,为高等教育的发展奠定物质基础;要完善高教政策,缩小区域间高等教育差距,促进教育机会公平;要进一步完善高校学生资助体系,为弱势人群提供公平的高等教育机会;要加大教育的立法和执法力度,根除不规范办学行为对高等教育公平的影响等对策。
This paper analyzes the major problems that have brought about by the fair existence of higher education, expounds the major causes that affect its fair existence, and put forwards the following countermeasures to improve and enhance the fairness of our country ＇ s higher education： greatly promote economic construction in order to lay a solid material foundation for the development of higher education ; perfect higher education policies and narrow the gap between different regions in order to foster the fairness of education opportunities; further perfect the system of student financial aids so that the disadvantaged minority will be offered equal opportunities for higher education; and strengthen the education law making and law enforcement in order to eradicate the influence that irregular school behavior exerts over the fairness of higher education.
