亚低温治疗重型创伤性脑损伤相关临床监测指标研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 文献资料表明,32~34℃低温在治疗重型创伤性脑损伤(GCS≤8分)时有显著的脑保护作用,温度每下降1℃,耗氧量与血流量均降低6.79%。其机制可能为:(1)低温可以降低脑组织代谢,减少耗氧量,减轻乳酸堆积;(2)可以抑制再灌注损伤自由基的生成、释放和摄取;(3)可以减少脑细胞结构蛋白破坏,稳定细胞膜,促进脑细胞结构的损伤修复;(4)可以抑制白三烯生成,减轻脑水肿,降低颅内压;
