摘要
合成一种新型环保固色柔软剂RF,应用于纯棉织物一浴固色和柔软整理;探讨合成该产品时聚合反应时间和扩链反应时间对产品的影响,及工作液浓度、焙烘温度等工艺参数对织物性能的影响。试验结果表明:聚合反应2 h和扩链反应5 h的产品在用量40 g/L,100℃焙烘3 min条件下整理的织物手感好,具有较高的皂洗牢度和摩擦牢度,色光变化小。
An ecological fixing-softening＇agent RF was prepared, and applied to cotton fabric processing acted both as fixing agent and softer in one bath. Factors of polymerizing time, chain expanding time, working balh concentration, and curing temperature on fabric properties were discussed. It was said that reagent RF prepared by 2-hour polymerization and 5-hour chain expansion had good properties, fabrics featured good color fastness to soaping and rubbing, soft handle and slight color change when treated with 40 g/L RF and cured at 100℃ for 3 minutes.
