摘要
在固色剂分子上引入反应性基团,使之在真丝织物表面既能自交联,又能与染料、蚕丝起架桥作用;并在分子中引入羟基、氨基等基团,利用固色剂与纤维间的分子引力增加固色剂的固着强度。以乙烯胺、丙烯酸等为原料合成一种无甲醛固色剂M09,应用于处理真丝织物,效果良好。对酸性染料染真丝后的固色效果进行了测试,摩擦牢度、皂洗牢度、汗渍牢度均有提高。该固色剂使用方便,在生产过程和染色应用过程中都达到了无甲醛的要求,是一种环保型固色剂。
In the introduction of reactive groups, fixing agent molecules can form self-crosslinking on the surface of silk fabric, and can from the bridging with dyes and silk. At the same time, introduction of hydroxyl group or amino group in the molecule, can increase fixation strength of fixing agent with the molecular attraction between fixing agent and the fibers. A non-formaldehyde fixing agent named M09 was synthesized with ethylene amines and acrylic acid. It has good effect to treat silk fabrics with this fixing agent. The fixing effect of silks was tested[ after dyeing by the acid dyes. The results showed that rubbing fastness, washing fastness, and perspiration fastness were improved. The fixing agent is easy to use in the production process and the application of silk fabric dyeing. It has reached the requirements of formaldehyde-free, so it is an environmentally friendly :Fixative.
