摘要
研究了硫酸二甲酯浓度和反应温度对O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰胺异构化反应的影响,建立了O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰胺异构化反应的动力学模型。拟合得到了O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰胺在硫酸二甲酯催化作用下的反应动力学模型参数。结果表明,主副反应均为二级反应,主反应的活化能为104 kJ/mol,副反应的活化能为111~116 kJ/mol,降低反应温度可减少副反应的发生。提出了采用硫酸二甲酯为催化剂,O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰胺异构合成O,S-二甲基硫代磷酰胺的绿色集成工艺。
The effects of dimethyl sulphate reaction concentration and reaction temperature on the isomerization of O,O-dialkyl phosphoroamidothioate with dimethyl sulphate were investigated and reaction kinetic models of the isomerization were founded. The model parameters were obtained by fitting the experimental values at 40--60 ℃. The results showed that the isomerization reaction and the side reaction were both the second-order reaction. The isomerization reaction active energy was 104 kJ/mol, the side reaction active energy was 111-116 kJ/mol. The green integration flowsheet of the isomerization of O,O-dialkyl phosphoroamidothioate to O,S-dimethyl phosphoramidothioate was proposed.
