杂粕型日粮添加溢多酶P8306对半番鸭生产性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 320只3周龄半番鸭随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每重复20只(公母各半)。对照组饲喂含8%杂粕的日粮;试验Ⅰ,Ⅱ和Ⅲ组分别饲喂含14%,16%,18%杂粕(菜粕+棉粕)并添加0.18g/kg溢多酶P8306的日粮。在相同的饲养管理条件下,观测对各组半番鸭生产性能、养分利用率及饲养效益的影响,以此确定杂粕的最适添加量。结果表明,3—8周半番鸭成活率、增重、料肉比、养分利用率及饲养效益,试验组与对照组均无显著差异(P〉0.05);但试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组每千克增重成本分别比对照组节省0元、0.085元和0.008元;杂粕的最适添加量为16%。 320 3-weeks-old mule ducks were randomly allocated to 4 groups with each group including 4 replicates and 20 birds per replicate. The control Group was fed 8% miscellaneous meals; Three trial groups (group Ⅰ , group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ ) were respectively fed 14%, 16% and 18% miscellaneous meals with 0. 18 g/t Yiduo enzyme. Experiment was designed to study the effect of Yiduo enzyme on growth performence', nutrient digestibility and economy benefit in 3 - 8 weeks mule ducks. Results suggested as follows: the survival rate, gain in weight, feed eonvewsion rate, digestibility and economy benefit of three trial groups were no significant difference with control group(P 〉0. 05). But the gain costs of three trial were reduced by 0, 0. 085 and 0. 008 yuan. And the appropriate dietary supplements of miscellaneous meals is 16%.
