多肽自组装支架材料的研究进展

Research advance on self-assembling polypeptide scaffolds

摘要 多肽自组装构建神经组织工程支架材料用以恢复神经组织的解剖结构,为中枢神经系统损伤提供一种可行的治疗方法,对多肽自组装支架材料的研究现状进行综述。 Polypeptide can be fabricated into nerve tissue engineering scaffolds by self-assembling methods. Such scaffolds are used to restore the anatomic structure of nerve. This technique provided a feasible therapy for central nervous system injury. This article reviewed the research status self-assembling polypeptide scaffolds.
