女子400m运动员气体代谢、红细胞及其关系的实验研究 被引量:1

Experimental Study on Gaseous Metabolism,blood red cell and the relation between them

摘要 通过对女子400m运动员和普通女子大学生递增负荷运动过程中气体代谢、红细胞及其关系的实验研究,结果发现:安静时,运动员MCHC和MCH是维持其较高Hb浓度的重要因素;运动员红细胞具有耐酸性、抗过氧化能力以及变形性相对较强的特点;气体代谢与红细胞的应激性特点和能力有着密切关系;红细胞对运动负荷的应激变化是评价运动训练效果的重要指标。 This project studies on gaseous metabolism, red cell and the relationship between them, the result show that: MCHC and MCH of athletes is the importantattribute to maintain higher Hb density; The athlete' s red blood cell show stronger acid resident ability, anti- peroxidative ability and eythrocyte deformability;gaseous metabolism is correlated with irritable character and ability of red blood cell; the irritable change of red blood cell to load is important index of evaluating sports training effect.
