摘要
考虑汽车旋转质量换算系数、滑移率等影响因素,建立了汽车联合制动系统的数学模型,并在Matlab/Simulink软件中建立其仿真模型进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明:联合制动系统,在紧急制动时,能够缩短制动距离,提高汽车的制动效能;在非紧急停车时,缓速器消耗了汽车的绝大部分运动能量,降低主制动器的负荷,减少其磨损;在一定坡度的坡道上持续制动时,能使汽车以稳定的车速行驶。
Thinking of the influence factors, such as the coefficient, by which the revolving mass is transformed into linear mass, and slip ratio, we set up the mathematic model. The simulation model was set up by the Simulink module of Matlab. The result of simulation shows that the braking distance is shortened by the united brake system in the emergent brake, the braking ability of the automobile is improved; the eddy current retarder exhausts the most of energy of the automobile, reduces the load of main brake and the wear of it in the non-emergent brake; the automobile can run at steady and eco- nomic speed on the hillside path with continuous brake of the united brake system.
