摘要
物流控制与库存管理是企业生产管理要解决的主要问题之一。综合考虑供应链上供方 -需方的综合采购策略 ,比单纯从需方考虑的采购策略可以获得更好的结果。该文利用优化理论建立供方 -需方综合采购的数学模型 ,给出了最佳经济订货批量 (EOQ)和最佳生产批量 (EPQ) ,对模型结果作了很好的经济解释 ,并从数学上证明了供应链上供方 -需方综合采购策略的最优性。利用模型优化结果指导供需双方的物流控制和库存管理 ,可以降低成本 ,提高效益 ,利于供需双方的长远合作 。
Material flow control and inventory management was one of the production management problems for the enterprise to resolve. Considering synthetically an integrated material purchasing production strategy in SC was more preeminent than simply economic order quantity. This article set up the mathematical model by using optimal theory, got the furthest EOQ and EPQ, gave the model's results a good economic interpretation, proved it positive by using mathematical method that the integrated material purchasing production strategy was optimal.The supplier's and demander's material flow control and inventory,can reduce costs,improve,benefits,promote long term cooperation,between demander and supplier.
