摘要
为满足优质高速钻井的要求,需要对岩石可钻性做出更加精确的测定。为此,利用分形几何理论,研究了钻井过程中岩石破碎机理及形成过程,提出了一种以井底返出的岩屑为对象的岩石可钻性测试方法。室内实验表明:微钻头岩石可钻性级值和岩石压入硬度值与破碎岩屑分形维数存在着明显的相关性,由此制定了一个基于岩屑粒度分布分形维数表示的岩石可钻性预测指标。经现场试验检验,分形法确定岩石可钻性级值具有很高的精度。这表明钻井过程中上返岩屑的分形维数能反映岩石可钻性程度,可以用分形维数衡量岩石可钻性的大小。
In order to satisfy the requirements of high-quality speedy drilling,it is quite essential to make significantly accurate determination on the rock drillability.Based on the fractal geometry theory,this study studied the rock breaking mechanism and its whole process during drilling operation,and a new rock drillability testing method was also introduced by selecting detritus coming out of the bottom hole as the study objects.In this study,many indoor experiments indicated apparent correla-tivity exists between rock rigidity,micro-bit drillability value,and fragment fractal distribution of returning cuttings.Through field tests this study proved that the classification of rock drillabiiity by the fractal method was of high accuracy,and so the fractal dimension of the up-returning debris could reflect and measure the rock drillability during drilling process.
