摘要
目的了解江苏省农民对新型农村合作医疗的满意度，为公平、高效地获得新型农村合作医疗提供决策依据。方法采用分层随机抽样方法，选取苏州、盐城及徐州市的3个村镇为调查点，设计调查问卷入户调查，共获得合格样本3220人。结果江苏省农民对新型农村合作医疗的满意率接近90％。在有就医经历的农民中，有85．36％的人认为报销方便；在参合人员中，有73．01％的人认为报销比例合适；认为报销比例不合适的农民中，多数人认为合适的报销比例为50％。结论在经济薄弱地区要进一步加大投入，平衡地区间卫生服务的差距，进一步提高农民对新型农村合作医疗的满意度。
Objective To investigate the satisfaction of peasants at new rural cooperation medical system in Jiangsu province and to provide decision making basis for improving the equity and efficiency of new rural cooperation medical system. Methods three towns in Suzhou, Yancheng and Xuzhou The stratified random sampling method was used and were selected as investigation areas. Household survey with questionnaire was conducted and a total of 3 220 eligible samples were obtained. Results The satisfaction rate of peasants at new rural cooperation medical system in Jiangsu province was approximately 90%. Among the peasants with experience of hospitalization, 85. 36% of them admitted the convenience of reimbursement. Among the peasants participating in the new rural cooperation medical system, 73. 01% of them thought that the proportion of reimbursement was reasonable. As for the others, most considered that the appropriate proportion of reimbursement should be 50%. Conclusion The input should be further increased in economically weak regions and the regional difference in health service should be balanced to improve the satisfaction of peasants at new rural cooperation medical system.
