摘要
为解决轨道交通基础设施全断面动态检测中的测量基准问题,提出了一种新颖的高速运动轨道车辆瞬时姿态测量原理方法。本方法利用地面定点固定的反射镜组和车载激光器、成像及检测设备,可以实时测量出运动车辆相对于地面基准的瞬时位置和角度偏差,从而定点修正车载测量基准。结合车载的惯性测量系统,可以在动态测量过程中获得连续的测量基准。误差分析、数学仿真和实物实验表明本方法具有测量精度高、测量范围相对较宽等优点,且结构简单,具有很高的实用价值。
A new method for instantaneous posture measurement of fast-moving railway vehicles is proposed to solve the measurement reference problem encountered in applications of kinematical examination on the safety status of railway infrastructures. By utilizing reflection mirror sets installed on the ground, onboard lasers, and onboard imaging and monitoring equipments, this method can measure the position and angular displacements of a moving vehicle with respect to the ground reference in real-time, and rectify the onboard measurement reference at specific positions. Integrated with an inertial system, this method can obtain a continuous measurement reference during the process of kinematical examination. Error analysis, numerical simulations and experiments using a simple prototype show that this method has high accuracy, wide measurement range, simple structure and good practical values.
