摘要
利用有限元软件ANSYS,对钢轨全断面在线感应加热时的温度场进行数值模拟,分析了在线感应加热过程中钢轨内部温度的变化规律。通过实验与模拟结果对比发现,温度场的模拟结果与实验结果吻合度很好,对后续的工艺和设备的优化起到了一定的指导意义。
The temperature field for full section of the rail on-line induction heating was simulated by FEM software ANSYS. The temperature variation of rail was analyzed during the rail on-line induction heating. The tested result' is in agreement with the measured temperature quite well. All the work has great significance for the optimization of the process and the equipment.
