目的了解山东大学男男性接触者（MSM）行为的基本特征，为制定针对该人群的防治政策提供依据。方法2006年8-11月在山东大学部分男男性接触者活动场所和到山东大学疾病预防控制中心艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）门诊寻求VCT服务MSM进行问卷调查和自愿检测，收集相关信息。结果调查656名MSM。63．9％自我认为是“同性恋”，31.3％为双性恋；有86．0％的人最近6个月与男性发生过肛交性行为，其中3.4％通过付钱方式得到男性性服务；有4．8％为得到钱向男性提供性服务；近6个月与男性发生肛交性行为的安全套使用率为28．5％，近6个月和最近一次与女性发生性行为时安全套的使用率分别为15．5％和35．7％；平均性伴数为（3．85±6．03）个，最多达到50个；有96名出现过性病相关症状，而实际做过性病检查或治疗的仅10人。结论山东大学MSM中同性恋和双性恋并存，艾滋病病毒感染存在MSM通过异性性传播的危险性。同性之间危险性行为普遍存在，应继续在该人群开展健康教育与行为干预。
Objective The present study was designed to investigate the STD/HIV-related behaviors of MSM in Jinan City and provide a scientific basis for the formulation of strategies for the prevention and control of behaviors among the population. Methods A survey was made on MSM by questionnaires in some places where MSM activities took place in Jinan and in the VCT clinics of Jinan Municipal CDC to collect all the information concerned. Results A total of 63.9% of the 656 MSM surveyed admitted that they were homosexual, with 31.3% of the subjects being bi-sexual. 86.0% of the surveyed had unprotected anal intercourse with male partners in the past six months, with 3.4% of them getting their homosexual service by pay and 4.8% of them providing men with sexual services for money. The rate of condom use in their homosexual activities was 28.5% in the past six months, with the rate in their heterosexual activities in the past six months and in the latest sex being 15.5% and 35.7%, respectively. The number of sexual partners for the most active homosexuals amounted to 50 persons with a mean of 3.85±6.03 persons. STD-related symptoms occurred in 96 subjects but only 10 of them had STD tests and treatment. Conclusion Both homosexuality and bisexuality exist among the MSM in Jinan. There is a risk of HIV transmission by MSM through heterosexual activities. High-risk sexual behaviors among homosexual partners are pervasive. So it is imperative to carry out targeted health education and behavior interventions.
