摘要
细胞融合比常规有性杂交有更大的变异性,能跨越有性杂交的局限,组合了亲缘关系较远物种间胞质或核基因的可能性,也没有生物安全性的潜在危险。综述了细胞融合创新雄性不育材料的研究进展,展望了其应用前景,并作了一些评价。
Cell fusion has more variability than conventional sexual hybridization, It can span the limitations of sexual hybridization and compose the possibility of cytoplasm or nucleus gene which has distant relationship among the species, It doesn't have the potential danger on biological safety.The author summarizes the research progress into cell fusion which brings forth new ideas in the material of male sterilitv.Meanwh;lo, rt prospects the annl;,~t;,.~ ~c __11 r_ ~
