摘要
介绍了法拉第筒的测量原理,分析了法拉第筒的测量误差,设计出用于离子推力器束流特性测量的法拉第筒仪器,成功地应用于20 cm离子推力器束流特性的测量。
The measurement principle of faraday cup and the measurement error of faraday cup were analysed. The faraday cup was designed for beam current characteristic measurement of ion thrusters. It applied to measure beam current characteristic of ion thrusters successfully.
