摘要
为了抑制被动式铷钟除抽运光外杂散光的干扰,降低光谱灯的光噪声对信噪比的影响,设计制作了带宽30 nm的带通滤光片。测试结果显示,铷钟的短期频率稳定度有了明显的提高。分析了千秒以上稳定度变差的原因并给出了进一步改进的措施。
A 30 nm bandwidth of band pass filiter was designed and fabricated for restraining the scattering light and increasing the ratio Signal to Noise (S/N). The test results show that the short term frequency stability has been evidently improved. The dropping reason of long term frequency stability was analysed and several improved approach was gived.
