摘要
目的探讨腔内激光(EVLT)联合手术治疗90例(116条)大隐静脉曲张围手术期护理要点。方法术前给予心理护理,减轻患肢肿胀,治疗溃疡及做好术前准备,术后将患肢抬高20°～30°,以利静脉回流,密切观察敷料有无渗血及术后不同原因导致疼痛。给予不同处理,并加强术后并发症,如肢体麻木,皮下硬结,深静脉血栓的观察和护理。结果本组有10条患肢出现肢体麻木,6条患肢出现皮下硬结。原有溃疡10条患肢,经积极治疗与护理均痊愈。结论加强EVLT联合治疗大隐静脉曲张围手术期护理,是减少并发症,保证手术成功的关键,缩短住院时间,提高治愈率,促进康复,防止复发。
Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing of patients with varicosis of great saphenous vein after endovenous laser treatment and operation. Methods The preoperative nursing included psychological care, reduce the swelling of affected limb, treating the ulcers and preoperative preparation. The limb was lifted after operation for venous return. Bleeding and pain were care and treated in time. Postoperative complications（ such as umbness of extremities, subcutaneous sclerosis, deep vein thrombosis） were observed carefully. Results In this study,there are 10 affected limbs appeared extremity numbness,6 affected limbs appeared subcutaneous sclerosis, 10 affected limbs which were found ulcer primarily were all healed through active treatment and care. Conclusions Strengthen the perioperative care of the endovenous laser surgery treatment of great saphenous, vein is effective method to reduce the postoperative complications, and is the major factor to guarantee the success of operations, shorten hospitalized period,raise the cure rate , promote recovery and prevent recur.
