摘要
目的分析静脉旋切术(TriVexTM)治疗下肢大隐静脉曲张的方法和疗效。方法将2009年6月至2011年12月就诊于包头市第四医院治疗的100例下肢静脉曲张患者随机分为两组:观察组(60例)患者接受静脉旋切术治疗,对照组(40例)患者接受传统手术治疗,观察记录两组的手术时间、住院时间、术后复发率等情况。结果观察组手术时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),手术切口明显小于对照组,且出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组术后并发症的发生率明显降低(P<0.05);术后随访6个月,观察组复发率为3.33%,对照组复发率为12.5%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论静脉旋切术治疗下肢静脉曲张具有出血少、手术时间短、住院时间短、术后恢复快适应证广泛的特点,值得在临床推广。
Objective To analyze the methods and the effects of vein atherectomy （TriVexTM） system in the treatment of varicose great saphenous veins of lower extremity. Methods One hundred cases hospitalized in the Fourth Hospital of Baotou City from June 2009 to December 2011 were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group （treated with TriVex system）had 60 cases and the control group （treated with traditional surgical ） had 40 cases. The operation time, hospitalization time, and postoperative recurrence of the two groups were observed and recorded. Results There were significant differences in the mean time of operation and hospitalization between the two groups（ P 〈0.05 ）. The nick and bleeding amount of the obser- vation group were less than control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The complications rate of the observation group was significantly lower than of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. All patients were followed up for 6 months after operation. The recurrence rate of the observation group and the control group was 3.33% and 12.5% respec- tively（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The outcome of the vein atherectomy treating varicose veins of lower extrem- ity has the features of less bleeding, shorter operation time and hospitalization time, faster recovery and wider indications, which is worthy of promotion in clinical.
