摘要
目的观察卡介菌多糖核酸对面部糖皮质激素(以下简称激素)依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法将42例患者随机分为2组,对照组:内服西替利嗪或氯雷他定、硼酸溶液冷湿敷、外用炉甘石洗剂和单霜;治疗组:在对照组的基础上注射卡介菌多糖核酸2ml,隔日1次,共12周,于治疗后4,8,12周评价疗效。结果治疗组总有效率71.43%,明显高于对照组的33.33%(P<0.01)。结论卡介菌多糖核酸治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎有较好的疗效。
Objective To investigate the effect of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid （BCG-PSN） on patients with facial steroid corticosteroid dependent dermatitis, Methods 42 patients were divided into 2 groups randomly. The subjects in control group were treated with antihistamine. The subjects in the treatment group were added BCG-PSN. Therapeutic effect was observed after 12 weeks. The clinical symptom and sign scores were records before and after treatment. Results In the treatment group,curative efficiency was 71,43 %, In the control group, efficacy rate was 33.33 %, The difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusions BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid is effective for the patients with facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis.
