类番茄茄(Salunum lycopersicoides)与栽培番茄杂交的细胞学研究

摘要 类番茄茄LA1990与栽培番茄P180正反交都不亲和。其中,LA1990×P180杂交组合的不亲和发生在花粉管在花柱中生长的阶段,花粉管不能伸到胚珠内发生双受精。P180×LA1990杂交组合的不亲和发生在胚胎发育阶段,胚乳在胚发育的早期就瓦解,胚因缺乏营养最后死亡。 Recprocal combination between Solanum lycopersicoides. LA1990 and Lycopersicon. esculentum var. P180 were all incompatible. Thereinto, the incompatibility of LA1990×P180 was in the during of pollen tubes′ prolong in the style. The pollen tubes coulden′t grow in the embryo sac and coulde′t fertilize. The incompatibility of P180 × LA1990 was in the during of embryonic development. Endosperm was degenerated when embryo was young. Finally, embryos were dead because nutrition was scarce.
