摘要
在磨料水射流切割设备中,磨料其主要工作介质,磨料与水的混合方式主要有前混合和后混合两种。分析两者的工作原理、系统结构和特点,并介绍一种新型磨料射流——磨料浆体射流。磨料浆体极大地提高射流束的能量,改善切割效果。
In water jet cutting ( WJC ) devices, the cutting medium are many kinds of abrasives. There are two types of abrasive mixing methods widely used in present WJC devices : post - mixing and pre - mixing. The working principles, structures and characters of these two kinds of mixing systems are analyzed in the article. A new type of abrasive jet named as abrasive suspension jet is also introduced. The abrasive suspension highly increases the energy of the jets, and greatly improves the cutting effect.
