摘要
针对郑煤集团大平矿发生特大煤与瓦斯突出事故,研究了高压磨料射流割缝装置及高压磨料射流割缝防突机理,并且在大平矿高突工作面进行了工业性试验。试验结果表明,高压磨料射流割缝技术能避免高突工作面的突出事故,提高了掘进速度,缓解了高突掘进面的采掘接替紧张问题,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。
Aiming at especially coal and gas outbursts of Daping Coal Mine of Zhengzhou Coal Group, studies principle of high pressure abrasive jet device and cutting creams for prevention coal and gas outbursts. High pressure abrasive jet cutting creams technology is carried on scene experiment in Daping Coal Mine. This research and experiment show that using the technology can avoid coal and gas outbursts accident, improve tunnel velocity, so its wide application will produce certainly benefit for society and economy.
