摘要
根据电子液压万能试验机的工作原理,设计了应用于电子液压万能试验机的电液伺服控制系统。利用图形化编程工具LabVIEW作为上位机软件,设计了人机交互界面,利用TMS320F2812作为核心CPU设计下位机实时控制器,这两部分通过串口通信。通过反复试验,证实该系统工作稳定,具有良好的控制效果。
According to the working principles of electronic- hydraulic universal testing machine, this paper presents a scheme of electronic hydraulic servo control system which works for the electronic - hydraulic universal testing machine. The paper consists of two parts, man- machine interactive interface and real- time controller. The man- machine interactive interface uses graphical programming tool LabVIEW as its upper PC's software,and the real - time controller adopts TMS320F2812 as its nuclear CPU. These two parts communicate with each other through serial port. Repeated trials have testified that the system has stably working performance and well control effect.
