摘要
利用电化学阻抗谱频率域的测量技术,在LabVIEW平台上设计了1个虚拟电化学阻抗谱测量仪。测量仪能够以扫频的方式产生所需的正弦波激励,并且动态的画出被测系统的伯德图以及电化学阻抗谱。可以得到每个频点下的幅值、相位,以及阻抗谱的实部和虚部的值,并用等效电路进行了实验验证。
A virtual electrochemical impedance spectroscopy measuring instrument is designed based on the platform of LabVIEW with frequency domain measurement technology.The measuring instrument can generate the required sine wave excitation by the sweep way,and draw dynamicly the Bode figure and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy of the system.We can get amplitude,phase,and impedance spectroscopy of the real and imaginary values under each frequency,which is tested and verified with the equivalent circuit.
