摘要
大型工程变配电室工序复杂,设备安装及调试时间紧迫,与土建工程施工工序穿插频繁,是施工中工期控制的重要环节,对整个工程工期影响较大.笔者针对变配电室影响总工期进度的因素进行了分析,并阐述确定关键工序,进行人员、工序合理优化调配,在保证工程质量的前提下缩短施工工期,从而保证工程整体进展.提出了该项施工在达到预期质量和进度的同时,对于工期紧的施工项目,一定要在传统施工方式的基础上进行合理优化,人员的有效调配,才能使工期达到要求,确保整个工程施工的顺利进行.
It is because of the complication of changeable large-scale project switchhouse working proce- dure, the urgency of equipment installation and the debugging time, the working procedure under construction appears very important to the time limit of project controls in construction. On the practice of such projects, this paper mainly analyzes the factors affecting the general time limit of a project, ascer- tains critical process, personnel distribution, the rational optimization of working procedure so as to guarantee project quality, shorten the time limit, ensure the whole project progresses.
