小切口空心螺钉治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨高患者股骨粗隆间骨折的手术方法。方法回顾2001年8月以来本院对70—91岁高龄股骨粗隆间骨折采用小切口空心螺钉内固定，共32例，观察临床疗效。结果32例股骨粗隆间骨折患者随访30例，随访8—24个月，平均14个月，优16例，良12例，可2例，优良率93．3％。结论小切口空心螺钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折具有创伤小、操作简便、手术时间短、局麻下进行、对患者机能干扰小的优点，适用于并存病多、耐受力差、无法进行麻醉及较大手术的高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者。
