摘要 目的探讨RF-Ⅱ系统联合椎间融合器技术治疗腰椎前滑脱症的疗效。方法对本院54例腰椎前滑脱症患者采取RF-Ⅱ系统联合椎间融合器技术进行治疗,观察患者术后的有效率及恢复情况。结果术后切口均甲级愈合,总有效率为87.0%,平均椎间隙高度、滑脱角、滑脱率较术前有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论RF-Ⅱ系统联合椎间融合器技术是治疗腰椎滑脱症的理想方法,疗效显著且并发症少。 Objective To discuss the efficacy of RF - Ⅱ System joint cage method in treatment of spondylolisthesis. Methods Observations had been made in 54 patients with spondylolisthesis after treatment by RF - Ⅱ System joint cage method for their effective rate and status of rehabilitation. Results Their incisions after operations were healed well, and the total effective rate was 87.0%. The average height of the vertebral space, slip angle and slip percentage had been markedly improved after surgery, and their difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The result of RF - Ⅱ System joint cage method in treatment of spondylolisthesis is satisfactory with significant efficacy and less complications.
