摘要
文章从"隐性文化"内涵,探讨了高校图书馆隐性文化具有对学生教育的行为导向、陶冶情感、道德潜化、丰富感性的功能,提出了高校图书馆隐性文化建设措施。
This text explains the basic problems on the college hidden culture.The text is concerned about the education function that university library has especially in students＇cultivation of thought accomplishment,scientific accomplishment,humane accomplishment and information accomplishment in quality-oriented education.The text suggests some detailed design on how to construct library of university hidden culture.
