易善复治疗酒精性脂肪肝24例临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察易善复胶囊(多烯磷脂酰胆碱)治疗酒精性脂肪肝(AF)的疗效。方法采用易善复胶囊(多烯磷脂酰胆碱)治疗观察AF 24例,并设立对照组20例,给予肌苷片及维生素C治疗,疗程均为3个月。结果观察组治愈13例,显效5例,有效4例,总有效率91.7%;对照组总有效率54%。经统计学处理,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论易善复胶囊治疗酒精性脂肪肝(AF)疗效好,无明显不良反应,是治疗酒精性脂肪肝的理想药物。
