摘要
报道36例黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离行玻璃体腔空气注入木，随访4d～33个月，一次性手术成功29例（80．6％），术中和术后未见严重并发症，疗效确切，操作简便，为单纯性黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离提供了一种新的手术方法。
Thirty-six cases with retinal detachment due to macular break were treated with intravitreous air injection. After 4 days～33 months of post-operative follow-up, the result showed that operation was successful in 29 cases and no severe intra and postoperative complications were found. a new method was provided for treatment of simple retinal detachment due to macular break.
