摘要
踝关节软组织损伤是常见的运动损伤,影响日常生活和生活质量,其危害性及早期诊断与早期治疗的重要性逐渐为医学界所重视。急性踝关节外侧韧带损伤一旦确诊,应根据病人损伤严重程度的不同积极采取不同的治疗方法,有效防止踝关节外侧不稳定和骨关节炎的发生。
ankle joint soft tissue injury is a common sports injury, which can affect the activities of daily life and quality of life, its damage and importance of early diagnosis and treatment have gradually attract the attention of medical field. Acute ankle joint lateral ligament damage once definite diagnosis, first should actively adopt difference treatment method according to the different level of harm serious, which can reduces efficiently ankle joint instability and bone arthritis.
