摘要
通过105个100 mm×100 mm×100 mm钢纤维混凝土(新混凝土)与老混凝土粘结立方体试块劈拉试验,探讨老混凝土表面处理方法、界面粘结剂类型及钢纤维体积分数对新/老混凝土劈拉粘结强度的影响.结果表明,老混凝土表面粗糙度、界面粘结剂类型对新/老混凝土劈拉粘结强度有较大影响.在一定钢纤维体积分数范围内,随钢纤维体积分数的增加,新/老混凝土劈拉粘结强度明显提高.最后,提出了新/老混凝土劈拉粘结强度的计算公式.
By experiments on specimen with dimension of 100 mm×100 mm×100 mm the influence of surface treatment method of old concrete, interracial adhesion agent type and steel fiber volume fraction on splitting tensile bonding strength between steel fiber reinforced concrete(new concrete) and old concrete was investigated. The result demonstrates that the surface roughness of old concrete and interracial adhesion agent type have great influence on splitting tensile bonding strength between new and old concrete. Furthermore, the splitting tensile bonding strength between new and old concrete increases with increasing steel fiber volume fraction. Finally, the calculating formula of splitting tensile bonding strength between new and old concrete is put forward.
