正畸托槽脱落的临床影响因素浅析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨影响直接法粘接托槽脱落的临床因素。方法选择73例正畸固定矫治病例,共计1106个托槽,对其中157个脱落托槽的牙位及患者年龄、性别进行统计分析。结果托槽脱落的总发生率为14.2%。其中,儿童患者托槽脱落率明显高于成人患者(P<0.05);双尖牙托槽脱落率明显高于前牙(P<0.05);男性患者托槽脱落率低于女性,无显著性差别(P>0.05)。结论患者的前后牙位及年龄直接影响正畸托槽的粘接效果。
