随着经济全球化和信息时代的到来,各城市之间的竞争日趋激烈,每个城市都在努力提高自身的综合实力。人才作为城市经济发展的核心和主要实施者,具有举足轻重的作用。通过对人才与城市经济发展关系的分析,以及对留住人才、解决人才短缺所提出的几点对策和建议的分析,充分说明重视人才、重用人才、留住人才,在促进城市经济可持续发展中的重要性。
Along with the economic globalization and the coming of information age, the intercity competition is becoming more and more severe. Every city makes great efforts to enhance their comprehensive strength. As the core and main implement persons of the urban economy development, the talents hold a indispensable position,This article analyzed the relation between the talents and the urban economy development, advanced several countermeasures and suggestions to the problem of talents retaining and talents shortage. Consequently, it adequately illuminates the significance of attaching importance to the talents, utilizing the talents, retaining the talents in accelerating the sustainable development of the urban economy.
