摘要
为了实现涡旋增压器的轴向补偿,平衡轴向气体力,在原有动涡旋盘实现轴向补偿的基础上提出静涡旋盘的轴向随变结构。即在静涡旋盘上开设背压孔,在密封组件和静涡旋盘镶嵌处形成背压腔,通过可移动的密封组件来实现有效的轴向补偿。
In order to carry out axes-compliance of scroll compressor and balance axes-pressure, axes-compliance mechanism in static plate of scroll compressor is put forward on the original foundation of rotate plate axescompliance. That is setting up back pressure aperture in the static plate, back pressure cavity will formed on the setting of airproof module and static plate, axes-compliance will achieved by shifting airproof module.
