摘要
气缸内气体完成一个循环需要经历膨胀、吸气、压缩、排气4个过程,在工作过程中气体在气缸内的压力和温度是变化的。采用了SIMPLC算法,应用FLUENT软件对气缸内气体进行数值模拟,得出吸气和排气阶段气缸内气体的压力和温度的分布规律,为气缸的设计和维修提供了有效理论依据。
A cycle is completed for gas in cylinder through expansion,breathe compression and exhaust. In the process of this working gas pressure and temperature in cylinder was varied. Using SIMPLC method, numeric simulation was founded for gas in cylinder based on FLUENT software, distribution rule of pressure and temperature during breathe and exhaust was gained,theory basic for designing and maintenance was offered.
