摘要
选取水煤浆浓度、添加剂用量、pH值和温度等制浆条件作为研究变量,使用新型聚羧酸盐分散剂对陕西彬长煤、神华煤及宁夏沟口煤等制水煤浆,研究各因素对三种煤的水煤浆表观粘度和成浆稳定性的影响.研究得出了沟口煤、彬长煤和神华煤在使用聚羧酸盐分散剂时的较佳制浆条件:沟口煤的较佳制浆条件为煤浆浓度68wt%,分散剂浓度0.4wt%,稳定剂羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)浓度为0.02wt%,pH值为8,温度为25℃;彬长煤的较佳制浆条件为煤浆浓度62wt%,分散剂浓度0.4wt%,稳定剂CMC浓度为0.02wt%,pH值为9,温度为25℃;神华煤的较佳制浆条件为煤浆浓度62wt%,分散剂浓度0.4wt%,稳定剂CMC浓度为0.02wt%,pH值为7,温度为25℃.
In this essay,concentration of coal-water slurry,dosage of dispersing agent,pH value and temperature were selected as factors to study.Three kinds of coals,Binchang and Shenhua coals in Shaanxi and Goukou coal in Ningxia,were chosen to prepare coal-water slurries(CWSs)incorporating polycarboxylate dispersant(PC).The influences of the factors on apparent viscosity and stability of the three types of CWSs were also studied.The optimal slurring condition of Goukou coal is 68wt% of coal concentration,0.4wt% of dispersant dosage,then 0.02wt% of the concentration of CMC,pH value for 8and temperature for 25 ℃.The suitable slurring condition of Binchang coal includes that concentration of coal is 62 wt%,dispersing agent is 0.4wt%,CMC is 0.02wt%,pH value is 9and temperature is 25 ℃.The proper slurring condition of Shenhua coal was coal concentration up to 62wt%,0.4 wt% of dispersing agent,0.02wt% of CMC,pH value of 7and temperature of 25℃.
