摘要
本文阐述了铁路货运企业竞争策略的现状,分析了基于第三方物流的铁路货运企业竞争策略研究的现状,指出了研究竞争策略对于铁路货运企业的重大意义。在进行第三方物流市场需求和发展趋势分析的基础上,提出了基于第三方物流的铁路货运企业在制定竞争策略过程中,要重视三个基本策略:竞争策略的关键是以客户为导向、竞争策略的基础是正确的市场定位、竞争策略的提升是加强铁路货运企业的信息化建设。
The current research of competitive strategy of railway freight enterprises is discussed in the paper. Meanwhile, the significance of the research is aslo brought up. Then, the main strategies of competition of railway freight enterprises based on third party logistics are aslo be proposed. Among those strategies, the customer service management is the key, the marketing positioning is the base, the information systems is the way upgrade the level of competitive strategy.
