摘要
企业信息化是一个投入大、风险大的系统工程。如何在合理的成本约束下,使功能最大化具有非常大的意义。本文简述了企业信息化的背景与方式;然后运用价值工程的方法,分析了如何合理地确定需求、压缩成本、提高项目的显性功能与隐性功能;最后在价值工程的价值计算上作了一些尝试。
Enterprise informatization is a systems engineering with large investment and high risk. It＇s significant to maximize the function on the restriction of reasonable cost. This paper illustrated the enterprise informatization background and methods. Then analyzes how to identify the requirements, reduce the cost and increase the explicit and tacit function of project. Finally, it presents some study attempted on value calculation of the Value Engineering.
